Can you manage and motivate a team to achieve sales and business targets?
Our client, a specialist Financial Services Company is looking to recruit a Branch Manager to ensure the achievement of the branch business plan through defined polices, procedures and standards.
Managing a team of Field Based Agents*Representatives and providing a weekly home collect service to customers; you will have the ability to develop a balanced customer base with profitable growth and minimal bad debt. A major aspect of your role will be staff recruitment, training and motivation in order to develop a successful and outstanding team.
Results driven, you will have the ability to establish positive working relationships with customers and other external organisations to enhance the companies? image and reputation. Previous relevant management experience is essential for this role. In return you will receive an excellent rewards package, including fully expensed company car and target related bonus.
